Current UFC Featherweight Champion Jose Aldo suffered an injury which has sidelined him from his title defense against Erik Koch that was slated for the upcoming UFC 149. In place of that fight, will be an interim bantamweight title bout between Urijah Faber and Renan Barao. This match up was shifted from a co-main event at UFC 148 once the injury to Aldo was announced. It was some serious scrambling put on by the UFC, but it appears that they have everything figured out for the upcoming events. As such, betting odds for UFC 149 and its main event have been formed for the July 21st showdown from the Scotiabank Saddledome, in Calgary, Canada.
